Entrepreneur

Entrepreneur

BY FEARLESS MOTIVATION

What does it mean to be an Entrepreneur?

  • In the world of inaction, over-promising and under delivering every second man seems to claim himself an ENTREPRENEUR.
  • An entrepreneur is someone that would never call himself an entrepreneur.
  • An entrepreneur is someone that is happy to work while others are out partying.
  • An entrepreneur’s drug is success.
  • He is addicted to success.
  • And finally the entrepreneur knows one simple fact :

I will make it may be not immediately but absolutely and definitely.

  • You have to hustle.
  • You have to think out of the box.
  • To make things happen when it seems impossibly difficult for anything to happen.
  • To continue to get up off the canvas, when you are beaten down relentlessly.
  • You have to hustle.
  • You have to think outside the box.
  • To make things happen when it seems impossibly difficult for anything to happen.
  • To continue to get up off the canvas, when you are beaten down relentlessly.

WIN OR LEARN I NEVER LOOSE.

  • I will succeed not immediately but absolutely and definitely.
  • Take action when others hesitate.
  • Think big when others won’t.
  • Dare to dream of greatness when others fear it.
  • Outwork my competition day and night.

I am the captain of my fate,

The master of my soul,

The boss of my dreams,

THE KING OF MY GOALS.

  • You have to be a leader to be unique.
  • To be hungry and never satisfied.

PROUD BUT NEVER SATISFIED.

  • To be followed by the competition.
  • Take criticism and negativity and use it to feel your greatness.
  • Survive the storms and tough moments.
  • Be humble in good times.
  • It is sacrificing your today for a better tomorrow.
  • It is living a few years of life like others won’t.
  • You can spend the rest of your life like others can’t.

THAT SACRIFICE

THE DEDICATION THE COMMITMENT.

THE DISCIPLINE.

  • Only rare human beings have these qualities, only the best among us.
  • Then there is a failure because we all know it is coming, it is a human nature.
  • I mean find me a successful person that has never failed, you can’t, they don’t exists.
  • The only difference between the extremely successful among us, in any field and the unknown is the successful guy didn’t give up.

HE FOUND A WAY.

WHERE THERE FOUND NO WAY.

  • Failure is simply learning another way not to do something, there are great lessons in failure.
  • When it comes to success, there is rarely ever a times when luck comes into play.
  • Hard work however always come into play.
  • There is no greater satisfaction in life than that of hard work paying off.
  • No greater satisfaction than knowing you are self made!

Take action!

While all others are sitting on their hands!

  • The great difference between the successful and unsuccessful people is that successful people TAKE ACTION.
  • Successful people are willing to put in the work, to grind themselves to best level.

ARE YOU WILLING?

What is ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

In general we have two fundamental types of entrepreneurship we are going to talk about.

  1. SME-Small medium enterprise entrepreneurship.
  2. IDE-Innovation driven enterprise entrepreneurship.

Small medium enterprise entrepreneurship(SME):

These are fundamentally small companies that will stay small and they may have been around for a while.

They are focused on local markets, they are often service businesses that are servicing a local opportunity but they are not something that’s looking to go global they know there’s a local need, they want to address that, this could be a dry cleaner, this could be a nail salon, this could be a restaurant or pizza parlors.

These are fundamentally important companies to an economy in a region because they serve a need but relative to the way they are made up in the system that they create is one that shows kind of linear growth and then at some point it usually taps out of the market.

This is an approximation of what goes on but that’s what it look usually looked like linear growth work but if someone notice that if this is cash flow here from the business that, there’s not a tremendous amount of cash flow out again a simplification.

INNOVATION DRIVEN ENTERPRISE ENTREPRENEURSHIP(IDE):

  • We have a fundamentally different business, this one is looking for global markets or super general markets to serve in deep well, while in SME owner is usually maintaining control of it. On the other hand IDE is going to require more cash because, the dynamics of this business look it loses money and then it is going to start showing exponential growth so there is this negative cash flow.
  • Here cash flow on the Y-axis and time along X-axis.
  • It will initially acquire some capital to be put into but then if it works it will take off because it’s got basically unlimited markets underline what they are doing here is an innovation that’s unique that allow them to address much broader markets.
  • So they are not just focused on the local market but much broader markets, this is very important because this is going to require more cash.
  • While SME is controlled by the family or the owner while IDE is going to have share holders and a bunch of other people which is very important difference.
